How do I turn off follow up emails?

If a candidate has responded to you via a channel other than Intro, you can stop the automatic follow up emails from going out.

If you want to stop all follow up emails from a specific email campaign, you will have to stop the entire campaign and all further email communication — click 'pause' in the main dashboard view of a specific campaign.

If you want to stop follow ups for a specific position, follow these steps:

1. Select the position where you want to stop follow ups from going out. You will find all your positions in the top left-hand corner.
2. Select Candidates in the top bar menu. Under the Candidates tab, you can view all contacted and to-be-contacted candidates.
